Superior Mobile Medics (SMM)
is a mobile medical exam company providing a variety of services across
the United States. From our centralized home office in San Diego, California,
our staff offers nationwide assistance in coordinating every step of the
exam process. All exams are ordered, assigned, and processed through one
office. Our ultimate goal is customer satisfaction and we specialize in
customizing our services to fit the needs of the customer (agent or agency),
applicant, and the insurance underwriter. We offer state-of-the-art on line
services, allowing you to order exams, check status updates, and download
completed exams from our secured web site. The Superior Team efficiently
works together to streamline the exam ordering process for our customer.

I have come to the conclusion that our agency is infinitely better off working with Superior Mobile Medics than any other providers that do what you do. Co-Worker Recognition
The SMM Co-Worker Recognition program is a fun and easy way that SMM recognizes customer service achievements throughout the year. We encourage the staff to recognize their co-workers for positive customer service skills.
We are pleased to announce that our winners for the month of May are Kathy Lindsey and Kim Richter. On May 7th 2009, Kim recognized Kathy for “All her help with shipping and preparation for events as well as her follow up for me when I am out of the office. Also she always has such positive words to say”

Kathy loves working in the Marketing Department alongside Kim and Katie, every day hold's new adventure's for her to tackle. Having the opportunity to work with new clients is not only challenging but rewarding. She considers herself a 'foodie' because she loves to cook for friends and family as much as possible! She loves fine dining, movies, live music, and shopping.. oh and Legos, love the Legos but not as much as she loves her cat, Sammy Kitty - he is a joy to be around.

Kim has been with SMM since October 2008. She feels very lucky to work for such a wonderful company, in such a positive environment, and to be surrounded by such GREAT people. Originally from New York, Kim feels she has found a slice of heaven on earth after her move to San Diego (although the pizza just doesn’t compare). Kim is all about anything that involves cheese, puppies, sunshine, and the beach.
